1956年～1960年 アメリカ コロムビアTV制作
1956年から1960年にかけてアメリカCBSで放送されたアンソロジーの傑作。
"Requiem for a Heavyweight"
、"The Miracle Worker"（奇跡の人）
、"Judgment at Nuremberg"（ニュールンベルグ裁判）
など、いくつかのエピソードは後に映画化されて大成功をおさめた。ロッド･サーリング（Rod Serling）、ジョン・フランケンハイマー（John Frankenheimer）、アーサー・ヒラー（Arthur Hiller）、アーサー・ペン（Arthur Penn）らの飛躍のきっかけになった記念碑的シリーズ。
